Deep clean vs. maintenance: which visit does your house need?

Most new clients need both — just not on the same day forever.

Start with a deep clean if it has been a season

Move-ins, post-renovation dust, a year without help, or a pollen season you lost to: those are deep-clean days. The visit is longer. The checklist is pickier. The house is reset so maintenance has something to maintain.

Maintenance is how it stays that way

Weekly or bi-weekly visits keep kitchens, baths, and floors from sliding. They are not a cheaper deep clean. They are the reason you stop thinking about the house on Thursday afternoon.

Add-ons have their own timing

Ovens and refrigerators are not every-visit work. Book them with the first deep clean, before holidays, or twice a year. Laundry can ride along with maintenance.
