How to prepare for your first AHC cleaning visit
A little prep makes the first visit count. You do not need to clean before we arrive.
Access and alarms
A lockbox, a code, or someone (18+) home — pick one and tell us. If a Buckhead building needs a COI or elevator reservation, we sort that before the truck leaves Woodstock.
Pets and products
Note dogs, cats, and any finish that cannot take a standard product (certain stones, unsealed wood). We provide all the supplies.
You do not have to pick up for us
A path through the rooms we are booked to clean is enough. Laundry add-ons need hampers accessible. Separately from cleaning, we offer organization services.
